Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with couriers and sales support team to arrange for delivery
  • Generate delivery order for daily deliveries
  • Checking courier invoices monthly for sales support and finance
  • Scan handset barcode for inventory purposes
  • General admin duties
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:
  • Able to commit from 9am - 3pm
  • Team player with good attitude
  • Training will be provided, entry level with administrative experience is welcome to apply
  • Proficient in English for documenting and communicating
