We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail beauty team. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the team delivers a premium skincare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute samples to attract and engage shoppers
- Proactively approach customers, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and convert leads into sales
- Offer personalized skincare consultations, mini facials, and hand demos
- Recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products tailored to customer needs
- Provide brochures, flyers, and product literature to educate and support customers
- Build long-term relationships by understanding customer preferences and providing tailored service
- Achieve monthly sales targets and motivate the team to exceed expectations
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Continuously update and share skincare product knowledge; act as a go-to expert for customers
- Conduct product and brand training sessions for team members when needed
- Support all daily operations including stock management, customer service, and housekeeping
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in proactive cosmetic sales within a retail environment
- Industry Background: Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is essential
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of skincare and cosmetic products
- Sales-Driven: Goal-oriented, enthusiastic about beauty, and motivated to exceed targets
- Team Spirit: Fast-paced, collaborative work style with leadership capabilities
- Adaptability: Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
