Working hours : Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Salary : $2,400-$2,800 + Commission

We're looking for a proactive Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing key client relationships.
Role and responsibility:
Involve managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and other virtual channels, providing product information, creating quotations, and processing sales orders. Also play a key role in building customer relationships and potentially contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities of an Indoor Sales Role:
Responding to inquiries:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from potential and existing customers, addressing their questions and providing product information.
Quoting and Sales Documentation:
- Preparing and sending out sales quotations, processing sales orders, and potentially generating invoices.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, potentially through follow-up calls and communication, to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Order Fulfilment and Follow-up:
- Monitoring the progress of customer orders, expediting fulfilment, and ensuring timely delivery.
Problem Solving and Complaint Handling:
- Addressing customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring resolution.
Communication Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers effectively.
Sales Skills:
- A basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities is beneficial.

Requirement
• English and mandarin speaking
• Computer Literacy
Minimum Qualification
GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma (or equivalent).
