Office Administrator

PALFINGER ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join us at our Singapore operations.
Responsibilities
• Oversee general office upkeep including facility repairs, office supplies and cleanliness.
• Maintain upkeep of pantry area and replenishing pantry supplies.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for facilities maintenance, renovations, utilities, and communication services.
• Maintain records of service contracts and schedule ad-hoc maintenance activities as required.
• Assist with onboarding arrangements including workspace setup, escorting new hires, and coordinating access to communication channels.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, monitor shared communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp admin duties), and ensure timely distribution of office correspondence.
• Assist in organizing company events, team activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support Senior Management with administrative matters and travel arrangement.
• Welcome and assist clients and key visitors professionally.
• Maintain and update administrative SOPs and records.
Requirements
• Minimum diploma in a relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of administrative or facilities experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with office systems and vendors.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willing to travel to two office locations.
