Responsibilities

The Data-TnS Account Safety team is dedicated to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for users of TikTok and other products. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence technology, the team aims to detect risks earlier and faster, monitor risks, and respond to emergency trends. The team strives to maintain platform ecosystem security more efficiently, more agilely, and more comprehensively.

- Aligning with TnS Technical objectives, coordinating with TnS experts, machine learning engineers, and other cross-functional teams on delivering key results;

- Designing and improving system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance of the services;

- Taking owner role of business systems and keep improving them; - Leading technical roadmap and decisions on projects among the product;

- Driving technical projects and medium-sized XFN team to achieve business goals;

- Help Tiktok's product teams to design robust and scalable systems

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline;

- 2+ years of tech-leading a software engineering team with 4+ team members;

- 5+ years of large-scale backend system development and Golang experience;

- Have hands on experience with at least one of the middleware MQ, Redis, RDS, etcd, docker or similar components etc.;

- Experience in moderation or risk control system design and implementation;

- Experience with system revamp and large-scale data processing and analyzing infrastructure.
