What You'll Do

• Support in planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
• Assist in donor cultivation, grant applications, proposals, and impact reports
• Help recruit, screen, and engage volunteers for programmes and events
• Maintain accurate donor, volunteer, and programme records and database
• Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the department

What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
• Interest in social services, fundraising, and donor engagement
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Good communication, interpersonal, and project coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in event/project management is an advantage
