- Supervise daily moulding operations & manpower allocation
- Ensure quality compliance (IATF 16949/ ISO 9001) & reduce defects
- Optimize machine settings (Arburg/Sumitomo/Fanuc) & minimize downtime
- Lead technicians/ operators & conduct training (5S, safety)
- Coordinate maintenance & enforce workplace safety
Requirements:
- 3-5 yrs injection moulding exp (Automotive preferred)
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
- Able to troubleshoot & optimize moulding processes
