Are you a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and team management? WONDERSCULPT is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in our mission to help clients achieve their dream body through our premium body and facial sculpting services.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote our wellness packages to potential clients.
• Manage bookings, enquiries, allocation of bookings for therapist, roasters, schedules etc.
• Manage and coordinate the team of therapists, ensuring smooth operations and effective service delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring consistency in service standards and client experience.
• Support therapists in achieving their sales targets and performance goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction with all treatments.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the wellness, beauty, or fitness industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
