Inventory Controller cum Procurement
Location: East
Working Schedule : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm(Alternate Saturday)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller cum Procurement to join our team. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, handling purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong logistics background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock
• Monitor inventory levels and update records
• Handle sourcing, price comparisons, and purchase order processing
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Track and verify deliveries against orders
• Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods to various locations/countries
• Conduct cycle counts and monthly stocktaking
• Record and analyse monthly inventory status
• Ensure accurate spare parts scheduling and control
• Monitor purchase expenses and provisions
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and implementing procurement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (or equivalent)
• 2-3 years' experience in a logistics environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive with a positive attitude
