Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive door-to-door sales canvassing and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market presence and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing accounts.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's fuel and lubricants products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Regularly update and manage the sales pipeline using company tools to monitor progress and performance.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and enforce client compliance with agreed credit terms.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
  • Training and guidance will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet targets.
  • Quick learner with technical aptitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
  • Able to work a 5-day week.

Compensation
  • Basic Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (depending on experience)
  • Attractive commission scheme.
