Job Responsibilities:

• Manage to perform BIM scope of work with outsource BIM Contractor
• Coordinate with Outsource contractor and engineer team to follow up the scope of work and progress
• Attend Biweekly BIM Meeting, MEICA Meeting, Monthly Progress Meeting and prepare the progress report
• Attend BIM Milestone Walk through and coordinate with engineering team
• Coordinate with vendor, subcontractor for compliance of Dwg , Model submission as required by specification
• Coordinate with internal Engineering team to achieve BIM Milestone as per master program schedule
• Assist to planner to create construction sequence (4D) and cost estimation(5D)
• Coordinate with process engineer to create Data drop in BIM Milestone 3
• Coordinate with Engineering team to submit ALMOP report
• Familiar with water works project from Authority.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in implementation and management of CAD and 3D Models for large-scale projects, preferably waste-water reclamation related.
• Comprehensive knowledge of related BIM technologies to lead the creation of BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing 4D and Cost Estimating 5D.
• Expert in BIM software.
