- Sales & Business Development Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Identify and pursue new wholesale business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients and distributors.
- Account & Relationship Management Manage existing wholesale accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiate terms of sales agreements, pricing, and contracts with wholesale partners. Handle client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Operations & Logistics Oversee order processing, inventory levels, and timely delivery to wholesale partners. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment. Monitor and manage returns, replacements, and customer feedback.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands. Provide insights to product development and marketing teams. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Team Leadership (if applicable) Supervise and support wholesale sales representatives or coordinators. Train and mentor team members to improve performance and knowledge.
