Warehouse Supervisor

Gross Salary: Up to S$4,000 + Transportation Allowance

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday & Saturday (Full day) | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: Pandan Crescent

Environment: E-commerce Warehouse | Training Provided

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including team scheduling and workforce planning.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes for e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Conduct daily/weekly briefings, ensure KPI and SLA targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records using Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.

Requirements

• Relevant supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Certified forklift operator is a MUST.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
