- Manage customer relationships from prospecting to project completion.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Engineering for tailored solutions.
- Ensure smooth project handover and maintain documentation.
- Track AV sales opportunities in CRM and pursue new business.
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree graduate.(preferred Engineering related)
- At leat 2 years working experience in AV solutions sales.
- Experience in managing projects in sales or marketing.
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Experience in selling hardware is a must;
- Good contacts and network in the Industry;
- High self-esteem, energy and commitment to customer satisfaction.
