Job Title: HR Manager (Reporting to HR Director)

Location: Tampines

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 am to 5.30 pm)

Basic Salary: up to $8500

Benefits: AWS, Quarterly Bonus, Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits
  1. Oversee and be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal statutory regulations and the headquarters' requirements in the C&B function, e.g. MOM and employee-related, RBA, etc.
  2. Ensure competitiveness in compensation through benchmarking with companies in the manufacturing/ contract manufacturing/ semiconductor industries.
  3. Plan and manage the yearly merit increment and appraisal process that is executed and completed timely.
  4. Propose competitive compensation package for salary adjustment, including promotion and upgrade cases.
  5. Execute bonus planning proposal and oversee the completion of payout activities following the guidelines and approved budget.
  6. Drive and participate in the annual budgeting exercise.
  7. Maintain current knowledge of market issues and changes in government regulations affecting the Company's compensation and benefits system.
  8. Develop and maintain HR procedures and documents for this process.
  9. HRI and HRMC Liaison.
  10. Drive or implement continuous improvement practices and HR projects in the organisation.

Training & Development
  1. Guide HR Administrators in the aspect of Training & Development
  2. Oversee the training and development needs of employees to enhance overall skills and career development to align with business objectives.
  3. Source, recommend programs and identify training needs analysis using the competency model.
  4. Act as an internal consultant to build and facilitate the implementation of learning and development solutions.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder, preferably in HR Management.
  • Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing environment, including 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Well-versed in Compensation structure design.
  • Prior experience in payroll processing is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis, training and development function.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Meticulous, flexible, open-minded and possesses a positive attitude.
  • Hands-on and be able to engage the teams.
  • Knowledge and experience handling the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements would be advantageous.
