Job Responsibilities:
- Curate seasonal and core product mixes tailored to Singapore's customer profile, climate, and lifestyle.
- Monitor sales data, inventory health, and customer feedback to drive data-led decisions on replenishment and markdowns.
- Ensure timely product deliveries, VM alignment, and planogram accuracy ahead of key launches and campaigns.
- Liaise with HQ teams to adapt global assortments for local appeal without losing brand essence.
- Partner with VM and retail leads to translate seasonal narratives into in-store displays and windows.
- Empower store teams through product knowledge sessions that highlight features, function, and brand philosophy.
- Lead product preparation for store opening, new drops, and brand activations
What You Bring:
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or related fields.
- 3-6 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management-preferably in premium fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, retail systems) with a flair for storytelling and trend curation.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Familiar with Singapore's retail calendar, consumer behaviors, and omnichannel expectations.
- Passion for wellness, yoga, and conscious living is a big plus
