• Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit, ensuring all designs comply with project construction requirements.
• Provide timely BIM coordination support to the Project Team, delivering accurate information to facilitate construction activities.
• Extract data from 3D Revit models to produce shop drawings, resolving any discrepancies in collaboration with the Engineering Department and Project Team.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications in accordance with client and consultant requirements.
• Produce as-built drawings for submission and handover upon project completion.
• Assist in tender bids and drawing preparation, including the development of overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Attend technical and BIM meetings as required.
• Ensure all required drawings are completed accurately and within scheduled deadlines.
