• Proactively manages and coordinates all new development activity at customer account and Molex design centers worldwide.

• Meets key growth and profitability goals.

• Manages all global pricing issues by working with various entities and divisions on pricing contracts, profit splits and other strategic pricing decisions.

• Manages and coordinates all global customer manufacturing, delivery and quality performance programs. Works with and assists other entities or divisions with programs and issues as required.

• Keeps current on driving technologies at assigned account (s) and develops strategies for Molex to match those technologies.

• Participates in the establishment of annual and long-term business plans to ensure market share and profitability achieves Molex's goals.

• Prepares forecast reports and contract analysis. Tracks performance to plan and reports on worldwide performance results.

• Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key individuals at all levels throughout customer's organization.

• May have direct or indirect supervisory responsibility

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Traveling may be required
