Lead,train and supervise a team of cleaning staff,including scheduling, perfomance evaluations and ongoing training.

Develop and implement efficient cleaning processes and protocols to maintain high standerds of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facilities.

Monitor and evaluate the perfomance of cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed to satisfaction and in a timely manner.

Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients

Understand the company's operational status and develop new ideas to make the work faster and more efficient

Communicate the goals,policies, and procedures of the company to the CIS team,develop plans to impliment these needs
