  • Develop and execute branding and marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and achieve business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, Training, and head of Business development to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective.
  • Establish strategic brand partnerships to expand brand reach and boost consumer engagement.
  • Manage and direct agencies in creating and executing impactful digital marketing and public relations strategies.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams to transform brand strategies into actionable, results-driven campaigns aimed at increasing market share, enhancing brand equity, and improving customer experience.
  • Craft persuasive and engaging copy for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications, ensuring messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and monitor campaign performance to ensure Marketing ROI targets are achieved.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in branding and marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven copywriting experience with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of consumer profiles and market trends.
  • Well-organised with excellent timeline management skills and attention to detail.
