Key Responsibilities:

• Lead international tax planning and cross-border structuring for manufacturing sites, trading entities, and holding companies in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Europe, and North America.
• Develop investment holding structures and tax processes, covering transfer pricing, profit allocation, CFC regulations, and BEPS 2.0 compliance.
• Oversee corporate income tax and indirect tax (VAT/GST) filings and compliance across jurisdictions, liaising with local advisors and auditors.
• Provide tax advisory support to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and legal teams on order processes, pricing, and fund transfers.
• Track tax policy changes in key markets, conduct risk analysis, and recommend strategic actions.
• Implement global tax governance frameworks, including TP documentation, risk matrices, and internal controls.
• Support and train regional or group-level tax teams, promoting knowledge sharing.
• Manage tax audits, TP reviews, and APA applications, including documentation and government engagement.

Key Requirements:

• At least 8 years' experience in taxation, accounting, or audit, including 3+ years in tax advisory roles within multinational manufacturing groups or Big Four firms.
• Strong knowledge of tax systems in Singapore, China, and Taiwan, plus exposure to Europe and North America.
• Expertise in transfer pricing, supply chain restructuring, and cross-border funding.
• Hands-on experience in tax audits, TP reporting, master/local file preparation, and economic substance compliance.
• Familiarity with international tax treaties and initiatives (e.g., BEPS, Pillar Two).
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
• CPA or transfer pricing certifications preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential for liaising with Chinese counterparts and HQ.
