Job Description:

• Monitoring patient health and observing changes in condition
• Recording and tracking vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
• Performing basic wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring of wounds
• Administering medications accurately and documenting all administrations in a timely manner
• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions and care provided
• Counselling patients and their next of kin on medical conditions and treatment plans
• Preparing clinical reports and identifying needs for referrals to specialists
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the healthcare team

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing
• Candidates awaiting Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration are welcome to apply
