Senior/ Facilities Manager (MNC, Govt portfolio, CBD, 9K)

Responsibilities

Leading Operations:
You'll lead facility operations, ensure compliance, and promote safety and best practices across the team.

Client Engagement:
You'll build strong client relationships and lead your team to consistently meet performance and service goals.

Budget & Contract Management:
You'll manage budgeting and oversee vendors to ensure quality service within budget.

Fostering teamwork and excellence:

You'll foster teamwork and excellence by supporting staff development, promoting core values, and maintaining motivation, trust, and strong work ethics within the team.

Requirement

• Professional Degree in Engineering related
• 5-10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Facilities management or other related fields and working in government agencies and ministries.
• Certificate in FSM will be advantageous.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
