To lead and manage strategic business projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery that aligns organisational capability with business goals. The role combines business analysis, HR effectiveness, and cross-functional project management to drive measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor strategic business initiatives from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines.

Business Analysis & Organisational Effectiveness

• Conduct organisational diagnostics, talent mapping and OKR audits to identify performance gaps.
• Recommend and implement structural and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Establish mechanisms for ongoing alignment between business strategy and workforce capability.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to achieve project goals.
• Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships to ensure quality deliverables and cost efficiency.

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Develop and maintain project dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for senior management.
• Build scenario models for headcount, resource allocation and market expansion planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in project management, business partnering, organisational effectiveness, or strategy consulting.
• Solid understanding of business processes and workforce planning.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, and analytics tools.
