Key Responsibilities
- Independently source clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment sales cycle to successful deal closure.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed targets and drive team performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, tendering processes, and manpower needs in sectors like oil & gas.
- Prepare regular business reports and market insights to support management decisions.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven recruitment industry experience with full 360° sales cycle expertise (client acquisition, candidate sourcing, negotiation, and deal closing).
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Tender project and/or oil & gas sector experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in Chinese with excellent communication skills to engage Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills.
