We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance operations, ensure compliance, and provide insights that drive business growth. This role will be a key partner to senior management, contributing to both operational efficiency and long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing, reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts; track and report on financial performance against targets.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and authorize payments.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including taxation, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial SOPs.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, corporate tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
