Accounting Support (System Entry & Admin)
• Support basic accounting functions with a focus on inventory-related data.
• Input and reconcile inventory transactions, purchase orders, and supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Organize and file financial and transactional records to support month-end closing.
• Assist with documentation required for audits or internal checks.
Inventory Management
• Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment, spare parts, and consumables for the Guinea operations.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to verify and document incoming inventory shipments.
• Track and record all inventory movements in the warehouse management system in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for both operational and accounting review.
• Plan and coordinate bi-annual stocktakes with the Guinea site team to ensure inventory accountability.
• Identify and improve gaps in inventory tracking and documentation processes.
• Analyze major inventory usage trends and provide reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain proper filing of all inventory-related documents.
General Duties
• Ensure high-quality coordination and communication with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as needed.
