Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Administration

• Support the CEO in overseeing the sales department's operations.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and other sales documentation.
• Receive, verify, and process orders through internal coordination.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, distributor agreements, and other key documents.
• Compile and submit monthly sales reports.
• Direct customer feedback to the relevant departments for action.
• Stay informed about new products, services, and features.

2. Marketing & E-Commerce

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Coordinate e-commerce sales activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
• Write copy for marketing materials, press releases, website content, and other promotional materials.
• Track and report on marketing analytics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates).
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Plan and organise marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.

3. Ad Hoc Duties

• Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Architecture.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in preparing sales reports and managing sales records.
