Job Requirements:
- Responsible for driving sales performance and accountable for meeting revenue, sales and profits targets set by the company
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Handle enquiries from customers through phone calls, emails and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle from pre-sales (quotations, orders and deliveries, etc) to post sales and identify any potential sales opportunities
- Proactively reach out to new and existing customers via phone calls and emails to provide support, identify needs and create sales opportunities
- Qualified leads provided by the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities
- Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and initiatives to achieve individual, team and departmental KPIs
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to aid management in their decision making
- Assist in filling in the questionnaire, surveys and accreditation forms required by customers
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent discipline with at least 1 years related working experience
- Experience in standard components in Mechanical, Electrical and Cutting tools will be advantage
