Key Responsibilities

Digital Brand Leadership

• Lead and develop brand management strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement

• Manage and grow our SG social channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter) with localised content strategies

• Produce high-impact promotional videos (concept-to-delivery) and maintain consistent posting schedules

• Analyse and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), e.g. Returns-on-Investment (ROI), sales growth, website traffic, social media engagement, consumer insights

Multi-platform Brand Amplification

• Increase brand awareness and grow market share across target segments.

• Prepare and present detailed quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Drive footfall to our showroom

• Plan and execute integrated campaigns (online/offline) for product launches and brand initiatives

• Coordinate pop-up events and collaborations with SG influencers/partners

Who We Want

• 5+ years marketing experience

• Bachelor's degree required

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous as the incumbent will need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Proven track record in managing SG social accounts

• Expertise in video production and analytics tools

• Ability to thrive in SG startup culture
