Job Requirements
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons for preschool-aged children.
- Develop age-appropriate learning materials, activities, and games to foster language skills.
- Create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Incorporate songs, stories, and play-based methods to enhance language acquisition.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety according to school policies.
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff to support children's holistic development.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education or related field (recognized by ECDA).
- L1 or L2 teaching certification (Singapore context; adjust if outside Singapore).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- At least 1-2 years of experience teaching young children preferred.
- Passion for working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to adapt lessons to children's varying needs and abilities.
- Patience, warmth, and a genuine love for early childhood education.
