Key Responsibilities:

Product Training & Education

• \tConduct live and virtual training sessions for distributors on product benefits, usage, and nutritional science.

• \tDevelop easy-to-understand training materials, presentations, and FAQs.

• \tTranslate complex scientific information into compelling messaging for both novice and experienced distributors.

• \tCreate engaging training materials such as presentations, workbooks, and e-learning modules.

Content Development

• \tContribute to blogs, social media content, and newsletters focused on wellness education.

• \tReview product claims and promotional content to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Distributor & Customer Support

• \tAddress product-related inquiries from distributors and customers with scientific credibility

• \tAssist in developing health-focused campaign themes and product launch strategies

Regulatory Support

• \tEnsure product claims and communications are compliant with Singapore Food Act, Health Sciences Authority (HSA) guidelines, and relevant authorities.

• \tLiaise with relevant authorities when needed to verify new ingredients or product classifications.

• \tSupport documentation needed for product registration or regulatory submissions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• \tBachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field.

• \tMinimum 2-4 years of experience in product training, wellness coaching, or the health & nutrition industry.

• \tExperience in direct selling or MLM industry is a strong advantage.

• \tStrong presentation and public speaking skills (both in-person and online).

• \tExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• \tProficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
