Role of Architect (Key Responsibilities)
Requirements
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion.
- Translate client needs into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Design and plan buildings and other structures.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and manage architectural drawings, models, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Visit construction sites to monitor progress and quality.
- Interpret design plans and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Address any construction issues that arise during the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture from a university recognized by BCA / Board of Architects.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex design challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce technical drawings and specifications.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and documentation.
