Cleaning Operation Manager (Services)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirement:
- Lead and manage the cleaning operations team to achieve organisational goals, including workflow planning, staff supervision, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure staff job satisfaction through effective leadership, guidance, and support.
- Oversee servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment, and plan schedules for routine, ad-hoc, and periodic cleaning using available manpower and resources.
- Liaise with clients to ensure service standards are met or exceeded, and address any operational issues promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out in compliance with workplace safety measures.
- Manage operational budgets to ensure smooth and cost-effective service delivery.
- Analyse operational data and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Develop, review, and implement operational plans to enhance work procedures and service standards.
- Select, procure, and oversee appropriate equipment, technologies, and supplies for project sites.
- Perform cleaning tasks, including operating ride-on machinery or specialised equipment, as required.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Strong industry knowledge on commercial cleaning and disinfection.
- Prior experience in Risk Assessment.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent leadership skills with good initiatives, able to analyses and think flexibly
- Supervisory skills to manage cleaners
- Possess a class 3 driving license.
- Computer literacy - Email, Microsoft Excel
