Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of products and applications through training and on-the-job experience.
• Provide technical consultation to customers, recommending suitable products for their applications.
• Secure new customers and grow market share within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits (approx. 3 days/week) across various industries to promote and sell products.
• Coordinate account strategies, contribute to territory planning, and support new product launches.
• Organise and participate in off-site seminars and trade shows as required.
• Manage daily sales activities independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• Strong interest and aptitude in learning technical products and working in manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Goal-oriented, hardworking, and driven to achieve measurable results.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight trips.
• Valid Class 3/International licence preferred.
