Job Description

• Lead regional finance transformation initiatives, from process design to full-scale deployment.
• Own the SAP S/4HANA implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations to define and execute process excellence roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.
• Act as a strategic advisor, leveraging consulting experience to challenge status quo and deliver measurable value.

The Successful Applicant

• Finance Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to lead large-scale finance process redesign and optimization initiatives.
• SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Deep experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA across multiple regions or business units.
• Process Excellence: Strong understanding of finance operations, shared services, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Consulting Acumen: Background in management consulting or advisory roles, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working across Finance, IT, and Operations to align goals and drive execution.
• Regional Team Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring diverse, geographically distributed teams.
