Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.15am - 5.30pm

Sales Coordinator
The successful applicant has to
- administrative support to sales department
- handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable
- handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, products numbers and inventory before generating of sales order
- attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied
- to update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department
- to follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan with sales department head
- prepare quotation
- any other related administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
• O Level or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
