Overview:

Highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee company's information technology operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring stability, smooth and secure IT operation systems, implementing new technologies, and aligning IT infrastructure accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud services, security and end-user support.
• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure such firewalls, VPNs, servers and data center to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Ensure robust data backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity measures are in place and regularly tested.
• Monitor and manage IT security threats and vulnerabilities, including data breaches, malware, and unauthorized access.
• Handle incident, problem and change management processes efficiently
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Identify potential security weaknesses and risks to make improvements in the company's IT security.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee troubleshooting of complex IT issues.
• Oversee and ensure timely technical support to all users.
• Conduct periodic review and assessment of IT competences of the company and to recommend staff training and upgrading where required.
• Assess and provide relevant software/hardware tools to staff for job efficiency.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and technology partners.
• Collaborate with Authorities (eg BCA), to project Company's pursuit as IT Leader in the Building Industry.
• Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers.
• Develop, implement and enforce IT policies, procedures and security protocols
• Oversee the IT budget, ensuring quality and cost-effective procurement of IT equipment and services to continuous improving the infrastructure.
• Advise Board on current and future IT trends and directions.
• Constantly review and stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, attack techniques and incident response strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in a leadership role.
• Working experience in the Architectural or construction industry will be an advantage.
• Proven experience in IT management or a related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software solutions.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to commence in mid November 2025.
• Working location: Central
• Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 830am-6pm
