ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Performs full spectrum of HR except payroll</li> <li>Reports to Group HR Director</li> <li>Drive HRIS project</li> <li>Implement HR Policies and Procedures</li> <li>Responsible for full recruitment cycle</li> <li>Facilitate the performance management process</li> <li>Monitor employee relations matters; promote effective communications and enhance working relationship</li> <li>Monitor and understand employee training needs</li> <li>Other HR projects and ad-hoc HR duties as and when assigned</li></ul> REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline</li> <li>5 years of relevant experience</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office applications</li> <li>Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act</li></ul>
