Job Description:
Requirements:
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
- Assist doctor and nurses in the consultation room
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Simple house keeping
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, or Professional Certificate/
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking patients)
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- To have knowledge in medical insurance processing will be an advantage
- Basic computer skills is needed
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work independently
- Able to commit at least 3 months for temp role
