Job Description:

  • Provide frontline customer service
  • Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
  • Assist doctor and nurses in the consultation room
  • Maintaining inventory levels
  • Simple house keeping
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties


Requirements:

  • At least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, or Professional Certificate/
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking patients)
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
  • To have knowledge in medical insurance processing will be an advantage
  • Basic computer skills is needed
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to commit at least 3 months for temp role
