Job Title: Sales Coordinator (ID4654)
Location: Boon Lay
Working Hours: 5 day work (Mon, Tues, Thu, Fri, Sat) 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary:$2500-$2800

Job Scope (Responsibilities):
• \tAnswering phone calls, replying emails, answering customer queries, providing information, taking and processing orders
• \tLiaise with clients directly if there's delivery or stock issues
• \tCommunicate with logistics for delivery arrangement
• \tPrepare packing list for warehouse
• \tHandling salmon factory yield rate report and stock in
• \tMatching signed delivery order invoice with tax invoice
• \tDaily sales report submission
• \tMailing invoices to clients
• \tFiling of invoices
• \tPreparing of sticker labelling

Requirements:
• \tNo experience required, Training will be provided
• \tPositive and willing to learn
• \tGood interpersonal, communication & administrative skills
• \tPC literate
