Job Description:

• Assist in preparing a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked items
• Follow recipes precisely and uphold consistency in taste and texture
• Contribute creative ideas to seasonal and signature pastry menus
• Prepare ingredients: mix, shape, bake, and finish to perfection
• Prepare pastries with flair and attention to detail
• Keep your workstation clean, organised, and food-safe
• Help with inventory checks and reduce wastage through smart prep
• Support the team during peak period and orders fulfiment

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a pastry intern or basic baking skills from culinary school
• Solid foundation in dough-making, shaping, and dessert decoration
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and still smile through it
• Great attention to detail and a love for crafting beautiful, delicious food
• Team player with good communication and a learning mindset
• Willing to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
