Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee and manage our cleaning operations across multiple client sites. You will be responsible for staff management, operational efficiency, quality control, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across assigned client locations.
• Schedule, deploy, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure optimal manpower allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and resolve any operational issues.
• Train, guide, and motivate cleaning teams to ensure high service quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling feedback and resolving complaints promptly.
• Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning operations or facilities management, preferably in the F&B or commercial cleaning sector.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and/or other languages).
• Familiarity with workplace safety regulations in Singapore.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (advantageous).
