- Manage end-to-end software delivery using a low-code platform and Agile methodology.
- Design and implement technical and solution architectures that align with business requirements.
- Propose and enforce coding standards and best practices; conduct code reviews and perform hands-on coding when necessary.
- Responsible for effort estimation, development schedules, quality control, and technical documentation.
- Act as a consultant, offering clients technical solutions, delivery roadmaps, and post-implementation support strategies.
- Manage external vendors for development and project delivery.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to client stakeholders.
- Involved in securing engagements and managing client relationships.
Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in software development; experience with OutSystems for web and/or mobile projects is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Agile software development and technical practices.
- Ability to thrive and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to understand complex requirements and think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
- Passionate about leading the team to continuously improve and deliver high-quality software products.
