We'll train you, support you, and you'll join a warm, close-knit team that believes learning should be joyful-never boring.

What You'll Be Doing

• Teach small groups of 4-8 children in a structured and engaging environment
• Guide early learners through phonics-based literacy and hands-on numeracy activities
• Support classroom routines, learning aid prep, and basic digital tools (e.g. e-attendance, Zoom, Google Classroom)
• Help create a nurturing, curious space for kids to explore and grow

Who We're Looking For

• Confident spoken and written English (O-Level B3 or higher preferred)
• Passionate about early-years literacy or numeracy
• Comfortable using basic tech (Zoom, Google tools, etc.)
• Able to commit at least 6 months (1 year preferred)
• ✅ Must be available on both Saturday and Sunday (half- or full-day blocks)

Pay & Perks

• Training phase (as Assistant Teacher): $15/hour
• Probationary phase (first 5 classes): $25/class
• Fully deployed (post-training): $40/class (approx. 75 minutes each)
• Hourly arrangements may be considered for experienced preschool educators
• Typical monthly range: $1,200-$1,800 (pro-rated, based on ~8-12 teaching hours/week)

Location & Schedule

• Our centre is centrally located, ~7 minutes from Bugis MRT
• We are looking to fill at least one permanent educator per shift:
  Saturday Morning: 8:15am - 2:30pm
  Saturday Afternoon: 2:30pm - 6:30/6:45pm
  Sunday Morning: 8:15am - 2:30pm
• Fixed schedules are arranged monthly. No weekday commitment is required.
