• Position : Senior Product Manager (Finance / Game Focus)- Up to $7700
• Location : Redhill (5-8 Minutes walk from Redhill MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 10am - 7pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7700 + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle (research, design, testing, launch) for game finance products.
• Identify user needs, industry trends, and drive product innovation.
• Optimize products using data, feedback, and market insights.
• Analyze competitors and market trends for strategic improvements.
• Enhance UX/UI, streamline user flows, and elevate design standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams (design, dev, QA, ops) for timely delivery.
• Evaluate product performance, propose improvements, and boost competitiveness.
• Develop long-term product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Maintain documentation and promote knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Senior PM with full lifecycle expertise. Finance/gaming industry background required.
• Business Acumen: Strong market awareness, ability to spot trends and pain points.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making and metric optimization.
• Communication: Clear, collaborative, and able to align cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: Team management skills, accountability, and ambition.
• Innovation: Creative problem-solving with structured thinking.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
