Programme Executive (Children & Families)

Programme Design & Deliver
• Design and curate curriculum and content that are evidence-informed and based on social work theories that support children-at-risk holistically in their education, social, mental and emotional wellbeing and self-leadership as well as parental involvement in strengthening the family unit.
• Design and curate events and holiday initiatives to support children in their mental and emotional wellbeing through building of character, values and essential life skills for transitional stresses
• Stay updated on emerging challenges and trends as well as community needs to ensure programme remain relevant and impacful for the children and families-at-risk.
• Collaborate with community partners, volunteers and stakeholders to create meaningful impact for children and families-at-risk
• Facilitate workshops and sessions for children through experiential learning
• Manage and attend to children with child-centric approaches through the programme sessions
Programme Administration
• Coordinate programme logistics, materials needed for sessions/events, manpower etc
• Managing of volunteers through intentional journeying and guidance as well as provide pre-session briefing for volunteers
• Communicate and work closely with parents through ensuring that they are updated of the key learnings, take-home activities and progress of their children
• Collect and analyse evidence-based evaluation, tracking outcomes, feedback from volunteers, parents and stakeholders and apply the gathered data to enhance the effectiveness of the programme
• Manage recruitment and termination of clients and volunteers and ensure compliance with organizational documentation and recruitment policies
• Preparation of reports, documentation and collaterals materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage resource allocation and monitor programme budget and expenses to support effective delivery
• Oversee administration and provide administrative support to the team to ensure programme runs smoothly
• Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements :
• Social Work Diploma/Degree
• Minimally 4-5 years of experiences in programmes planning and facilitation with children and families
• Strong problem soliving, critical thinking and decision making skills
• Able to work in a team and multi-task and meet deadlines effectively
• Passionate for children and families-at-risk
• Have heart to develop volunteers and engage stakeholders to provide holistic and sustainable support
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in stakeholder, volunteer and event management
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in using Canva/Design tools
