Retail Sales Associate (Household Products)

Location: Takashimaya
Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week (including weekends & public holidays)
Salary: $2,000 - $2,400 + Commissions

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers by actively showcasing product features and benefits.
• Provide excellent service through strong communication and people skills.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Assist in maintaining attractive and well-organized displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay informed about all product features, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Aim to achieve individual sales goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Willing to work on weekends and during promotional events
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Outgoing and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage
