We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and elevate the guest experience through innovative cocktail programming, strong leadership, and an unwavering attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and a consistently high standard of beverage quality
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders and bar staff
• Manage bar inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
• Design and maintain a premium beverage and cocktail menu in line with the Wolfgang's brand
• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Monitor financial performance of the bar, including cost control and revenue generation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Head Bartender in an upscale or fine-dining environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and beverage trends
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• A passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
