-Support and Supervise Restaurant Outlet operations

-Communicate and delegate tasks to the team

-Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner

-Ensure the smooth day to day running of food preparation to the Subway standards.

-Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards at all times.

-Perform stock take and ordering

-Ensure high quality of customer service is met at all times

-Serve with passion in F&B industry

-Self motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment

-Excellent communication and people management skills
